It all begins with an idea. We work with you to create a vision for your property. Taking this dream we develop designs, plans, and possibilities for you to choose from.

This stage also includes site assessment, planting recommendations, and an asset inventory of what currently exists.

This is where we make your dreams a reality. From planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, to installing meadows and doing property rehabilitation. We primarily use species native to Vermont and the northeast that are also beneficial to pollinators and birds, mitigate erosion, and are drought tolerant for a changing climate.

Trees provide us with many benefits, from shade, to fruit, to the psychological, and aesthetic boost we gain from living among them. It is often overlooked that trees in the built environment require care.

We provide care for the full life cycle of trees from appropriate pruning, tree risk assessment and (if necessary) removal. We are a fully insured and ISA Certified.

We offer a wide variety of services to keep gardens looking their best: spring cleaning (weeding, edging, mulching), weekly weeding/care, fall clean-up, restorations (dividing, fully digging up, etc.), meadow/field check-in’s and care. We work with each client to develop a maintenance plan that will keep your property healthy and beautiful for years to come.

We believe strongly in reducing mowing. Not just for the benefit of bees and insects but also because mowing lawns is a huge expense and time consuming. Low mow lawns and meadows are a great way to reduce mowing to 2-3 times an entire season and to drastically benefit our biodiversity.

Planting trees is vastly important and we love doing it! We are happy to recommend species that are resilient and well suited to your property. Our Avant loader creates very little lawn damage and we pride ourselves in being thorough and very tidy!
